Zachary Richards is the founder of Kagan Lending, a New Hampshire based private lending company that provides financing for real estate projects throughout New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. He currently works to give in-depth analyses for William & Reeves Commercial Real Estate on a number of commercial and mixed-use residential real estate development projects. Before creating Kagan Lending in 2020, Zachary was a computer software engineer and product manager at a publicly traded software company.

• Zachary is a member of the American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL), where he had his contributions published in their quarterly magazine.
• He is also a member and co-administrator of “Lend2Live: Private Lending Lessons”, a group set out to educate and network with private lenders throughout the country.
• He has his MBA with a specialty in Finance from University of New Hampshire. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
